the cleaning staff kept our room very clean. the hotel food was good, with a wide variety of options.
wifi was only available at the reception and one part of the restaurant. it was not available in the rooms, inconvenient. the lifeguards did not always respect the closing time of the pools. they sometimes asked people to leave 20 minutes early and were unfriendly about it.

i found the housekeeping to be very meticulous. the staff acted professionally. the chief offered me a specially prepared salad when i asked for it, a thoughtful gesture. i also enjoyed the varied and delicious buffet offerings..
i found that the hotel pharmacy prices were much higher compared to other pharmacies in the area. i needed a local medicine, and the price difference was significant. i advise caution regarding pharmacy purchases on-site.

the restaurant proved disappointing. it felt undersized given the number of guests staying here. i saw queues forming at lunch and dinner, and staff did not direct guests to available tables. the buffet was like a school dinner service, this affected the experience.

poor foodlong wait
the food was disappointing! it lacked variety, and the juices tasted artificial. the coffee machine dispensed drinks with the same flavor, regardless of the type. getting luggage on departure took over an hour!

I appreciated the prompt attention from staff members. The buffet offered sufficient options during meal times. The private beach area provides great snorkeling opportunities. I enjoyed the diving center directly on the beach.
The gym could use some updating, it seemed slightly dated.
